Tasting Notes Amontillado Sherry V.O.R.S. 30 Years

Nose: Very pungent with maritime aromas reminiscent of fish markets. Salted and smoked meat and fish, nuts and bitter almonds. Fresh fruits, hazelnut, spicy herbs, dark tobacco.
Palate: Extremely dry and salty, long-lasting, complex
Finish: dry finish, traces of nuts, vine

Serving suggestion: Despite its taste characteristics, the wine is suitable for cucumbers, olives, eggplants, salted fish, such as anchovies or cod, smoked fish, such as sturgeon, eel and tuna, caviar, herring and pickled dishes. Also ideal for oriental cuisine.
Serving temperature: Preferably 12-14°C
