Production
The farm pays special attention to a perfect maturity when harvesting the fruit so that the fires receive only the best quality. The distillation takes place according to the crude and fine firing process in copper boilers, which hold 300 liters. Then we brought the middle run of the distillate using spring water to the perfect drinking strength.
The storage
After distillation, the brandies are stored for several years in barrels, which the family have bought from local farmers.
