History
The three Pircher siblings took over a monastery winery, where they burned relatively quickly themselves. Because of their background of a farmer and fruit merchant family they were good with fruit and also knew how to make the best brandies.

The production
With its very good technical equipment, Pircher is now one of the most renowned distilleries in Europe. In addition, the distillery respects a very good hygiene, especially during production.
