History

In 1905, Johann Georg Frey founded the distillery and has existed for over four generations. From 1972 the sale went worldwide.

Production

Location, climate and degree of ripeness play a major role in the cultivation of the fruits. For this it is important to the distillery that the cultivation is biological, or takes place from an ecological point of view. For the production an old in-house traditional recipe is used, which brings in conjunction with the modern temperature-controlled beverage tanks very good brandies.

 

The storage

After the distillation, the brandies are stored for up to 20 years in the in-house cellar and some distillates even with mineral water from the Swabian Alb brought to the correct drinking strength.
