The Slyrs Whiskey Mountain Edition is created at an altitude of 1501 meters at the summit of the Stümpfling mountain. There is a high-altitude storage facility in which this special Slyrs bottling is matured in approx. 50 barrels for 5 years until it is completed. The extreme temperature fluctuations of up to 60 degrees as well as the pure mountain air characterize the whisky and produce an intense taste and an extraordinary spice.
