Under the guidance of Master Distiller Billy Walker, a process of slow fermentation, precise distillation and long maturation in the finest casks from around the world delivers this fantastic single malt. To retain the rich and full flavor of the whisky it is bottled at a higher alcohol by volume. The Glenallachie 12 years matures in former bourbon casks, former Pedro-Ximinez and Oloroso sherry casks and 'Virgin Oak' casks.
