Tasting Notes Cambus 40 Years


Nose: slightly sweet, ripe apples, pineapple, gooseberries, strawberries, yeast, milk chocolate, toffee, nuts, mint, pinewood, red berries, almonds, ginger, green apples
Palate: resinous, warm, sweet, caramel, ice cream, light smoke, raisins, pears, plums, slightly salty, slightly waxy, ginger, pepper
Finish: gentle, sweet, creme brulee, ginger, eucalyptus, light wood notes, slight spiciness

The strictly limited whisky was allowed to spend an incredible 40 years in an oak barrel. With only 1812 bottles, not many bottles are on the market and therefore will not be available for too long.
We are pleased to offer a few bottles of this oldest single grain bottling that the 1993 Cambus distillery has ever released.
