This rum is produced by the Rivière du Mât Distillery. The Distillery is located on the east coast of the island of Reunion, a French overseas department in the Indian Ocean. The Riviere du Mat XO Rhum is a cuvee from the best vintages of five traditional old rum types that have been aged in oak barrels for at least 6 years. This amber-colored limited filling convinces with intense and floral notes in the nose and aromas of exotic fruits, some vanilla, gingerbread and tobacco on the palate.
