St. George Botanivore Gin 0.7l

St. George Botanivore Gin is made from 19 perfectly balanced botanicals: including angelica root, bay leaf, bergamot zest, black pepper, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, dill seed, fennel seed, lime zest, orris root, Seville orange zest, ginger, juniper berries, lemon zest and star anise.
While juniper, bay leaf and coriander are stored in the botanical basket, the other botanicals are placed in a 1,500 liter copper still overnight. Steam is added the next day to draw out the aromas and flavors.
The result is a harmonious and elegant gin with fresh, floral, earthy and spicy notes.
