The ELG No.4 Gin is made from exquisite juniper berries, the finest coriander and a distillate from Danish carrots. The gin gets its color and taste by adding an extract of black carrots.
Only 625 bottles of this gin were filled. The bottle number and the signature of the master distiller Henrik Elsner are noted on each bottle.
By adding martini or tonic, the gin changes its color to a light pink.
