The Miner's Gin is distilled from 21 Botanicals at the Enzianbrennerei Grassl. The special feature of this gin is that it matures in the depths of the oldest salt mine in Germany from 1517 - in the salt mine Berchtesgaden. The stoneware casks in which the gin is stored are not completely hermetically sealed. This gives the gin three months to extract fine aromas from the salt air of the 250-million-year-old salt dome.
