Founded in 2009, the "Sipsmith Distillery" in Hammersmith, London was the brainchild of two friends, Fairfax and Sam. They started to rebuild London's first traditional distillery from 1820. The distillery is dedicated exclusively to the production of London Dry Gin and the mission of the business owners is to create high quality gin with a unique character. „Sipsmith“? Why is a Gin called "Sipsmith"? Just as a wordsmith tries to make words with love, the distillery is producing its gins with love.
