Terroir Gin is the ode of the St. George Distillery to the wild beauty of the Golden State. Wildly grown Douglas firs and laurel trees from California creeks form the aromatic signature of the Terroir Gin, and the addition of 10 additional botanicals complete the picture. The distiller, Lance Winters, has a passion for exploring places and memories through distillation, and the flavors of coastal forests on Mount Tam in California, were the first inspiration for him to start making gin.
