Matured in oak-wood casks using the traditional ageing system of Criaderas and Solera until a velvety texture and intense aromas are revealed.

In the most southerly corner of Europe, Carlos 1 is matured using an artisanal ageing system and the most selected grapes, secret to this Solera Gran Reserva Brandy.

Resting with patience and time in old sherry casks true to the artisanal ageing system of Criaderas and Solera, young and matured distillates blend together to reveal this extraordinary brandy which is harmonious in flavour and rich with notes of vanilla and cocoa.
