Alte Haselnuss

Dried hazelnuts are getting slowly and gently roasted andf then precessed to the Prinz "Alte Haselnuss". In the nose very delicate smelling hazelnut notes, in the leaving you can find tart notes of nut, chocolate and caramell.
Wonderful fragrances are getting decruaited at the process of roasting, so it smells in the intire roasting wonderful like nuts. Through the storage in a wood barrelis the taste of the hazelnut underlaid delicatedly and in nose and palate results a strong nutty, plateable aroma. Contains nuts.
