Only fully ripe quinces are used for the quince liqueur from the Prinz Distillery. These are picked by hand and after careful inspection and removal of the fluff and the fruit core, processed into a quince juice.
The prince quince liqueur is then made from the juice together with a fine distillate. The result is a fruity, tart liqueur with delicately spicy pome fruit notes.
The Prinz quince liqueur is best enjoyed chilled straight or in combination with prosecco or sparkling wine.
