The Prinz Kirschen-Schnaps is made out of black and sour cherries, which are from the Lake Constance region. The fully ripe cherries give the schnapps a delicate, sweet aroma.

The lovely smelling cherry-distillate gets storaged for several months in the so-called "Hafele" (Earthenware vessel). Only when teh burn master is content with the ripeness, the schnapps gets brought to the right drinking strength and botteled.
