Prinz Alte Williams Christ Birne 0,04l - old Williams Christ pear fruit brandy

Everyone, who appreciates quality and likes to treat himself, will be completely right with the Alte Williams-Christ-Birne of the delicate distillery Prinz from Hörbranz. It distinguishs itself through it's special mildness, the aroma of matured williams-pears and a delicate fruit sweetness.

The taste of the sun-ripened pears stays, while the temperatures at the burning progress gets hold as low as possible. Only the heart of the doubble burning process, the so-called middle course, gets used for the production of the Alte Williams-Christ-Birne. The following double storage makes this noble fruit schnapps so unique.

The fresh distilled schnapps gets storaged for many months in the so-called "Hafele" (Earthenware vessel) to have less sharpness. Unwanted taste notes are getting filtered out over the air exchange through the micropores in the stoneware. On the other hand can important taste nuances and aromas get developed. For the "finishing" follows the storage in an wood barrel which gives the schnapps it's gorgeous golden coloring and emphazises the fruit aromas of the williams pear.
