The raspberry is not only a popular garden plant because of its fruity, sweet berries, it is also very suitable for the production of fruit schnapps. Highly aromatic wild raspberries are macerated in alcohol for the production of Prince Raspberry brandy and then distilled off. The hand-picked raspberries give this schnapps its varietal, intense aroma.

The fine distillery Prinz from the Austrian Hörbranz produces distillates of the highest fruit enjoyment already with the experience over four generations. The quality of the fruit is always at the forefront at Prinz Feinbrennerei, true to the company philosophy: "Good things can only come from the good."

The wonderfully fragrant raspberry distillate is stored for several months in the so-called "Hafele" (earthenware vessels). Only when the distiller is satisfied with the maturation, the liquor is brought to drinking strength and bottled.
