Fruit-intensive and mild, the Williams pear brandy of the fine distillery Prinz from Hörbranz presents itself. The pears come from the fruit farmers in the Lake Constance region and are hand-picked. The ripe, wholly aromatic Williams pears give the schnapps a full-bodied aroma. The distillate is stored for several months in the so-called "Hafele" (earthenware vessels) .The schnapps is brought to drinking strength and bottled only when the distiller is satisfied with the maturation.
